Horse Riding in Bali

Papa: “We have been to Bali over 10 times and this time, we joined the horse riding. Japan doesn’t have many places which offer it, so it will be a great experience for our children!”

Mama: “We joined the afternoon horse riding, because one of the HIRO-chan staffs recommended it to us instead of the morning tour which the strong sunshine is out. Our hotel was in Sanur, so we got to the place within 30 minutes. We thought there would be no service to check in belongings, so we brought a backpack, but lockers were available, so we could enjoy the riding lightly.”

 

Mama: “Soma and I have gone horse riding, but Rui and Papa haven’t. Each one got on houses and went to the beach. I wanted to go faster, because I’ve done this before, but the instructor stopped me. It was little disappointed not to be able to take a lead, but still I enjoyed watching people working and praying at the beach.”

 

Papa: “It was great for Rui and me that they taught me how to ride a horse really well, so I was happy about it, but Soma and my wife who have done horse riding before wanted to ride them freely. The staffs were super kind! They advised us a lot. “If you want to go left, then pull it towards left” in Japanese and they also taught our kids lots of things about Bali. They took a good care of Rui who is 3 years old, so all of us could enjoy the riding.

 

Mama: “And the Meal! To be honest, I wasn’t expecting something good, because it was an addition of the tour. We thought they wouldn’t have things our kids would like, so brought some snacks for them. However, the meal was very very tasty! Soma and Rui fought for the dishes LOL!!!”
Soma: “Ice Cream was Yummy!!”
Papa: “Soma was really looking forward to swimming in the pool, so was wearing a swimming wear from the beginning of the tour. After the meal, he was having fun in the pool, but it took 40 minutes they served the food, so we could only spent in the pool for 15 minutes. Staffs at the restaurant were very nice to show us around the villa while we were waiting for the food.

 

Mama: “The instructors were really obligating and took a good care of our kids. Even though I wanted to ride the horse freely, it was good enough for Rui and Papa, so in total, I am satisfied with the activity. This will be fun for anyone who wants to try horse riding for the first time and are with children.

Papa: “We often visit Bali and this was our second time this year. I would like to go to Lembogan next time!”
