May 13th, 2011. I went on a tour by a photo studio, Bless × HIRO-Chan “Photo-Photo Tour” which has 2 types: “Photo Lesson Tour” and “Great Memory Photo Tour”. Do you have a single-lens reflex camera that you cannot use perfectly or want to learn a secret photo techique from a pro photographer? At 6:00am. Photo-Photo Tour Starts!
My ideal occupation is No.1: Web Designer and No.2: PHOTOGRAPHER!!! I brouught my camera, Canon EOS50D for the tour! A pro photographer who joined the tour was Mr. Hashimoto. We left HIRO-Chan Office at 6:00 with a HIRO-Chan driver!
Photo Spot1: Pasar Batun
It was such a early morning, so there was no traffic jam. After 30minutes drive from Jimbaran, We go to the largest morning market “Pasar Batun” in Denpasar.
There is another market next to Pasar Batun. It is always crowded especially in the early morning
The pasar has hundreds of shops which groceries, items for offering, daily commodities and so on.

Photo Spot2: Taman Ayung Temple
After the 40 minutes of stay in the pasar, we visited “Taman Ayun Temple” in Tabanan. No one was there, because it was before 8:00am. It was quiet and peaceful.
The temple is as known as one of the 7 largest temples in Bali. Pagodas called “Menara” which are sinbols of Mt. Agung makes the atmosphere spirital!
“Stand there, Look left and carry the bag on your both hands” Mr. Hashimoto gave me specific requests for posing. I was little bit nervous.
He will teach you how to use a camera you brought with a right setting in “Photo Lesson Tour”. Don’t hesitate ask any questions!

Photo Spoｔ3: Ulundanu Temple
The most beautiful temple in Bali, Ulundanu Temple (elevation 1,500m) is a next point.
The temple on the lake has a 11 levels of the pagodas. The mountains, the lake and the fresh air are a perfect combination to make us refreshed!

Photo Spot4: JatiLuwih
After chaging energy at Puratan Temple, we drove down to Western Bali “Jati Luwih” which has a beautiful rice terrace!
The area is all rice terrace!!! Tabanan area which has Jati Luwih is the No.1 granary in Bali. This is actually my favorite spot in Bali as well!
We had lunch at Cafe Jati Luwih after the photo session. The area hasn’t been modernised yet, so there are only few restaurants around. The view from the cafe relaxes you!
I had “Indonesian Set” ( Nasi Campur with red rice made in Tabanan, Soto Ayam (Chicken Soup), Fruits and Mineral Water)

Photo Spot5: Tanah Lot Temple
The last place we visitted for the session was “Tanah Lot Temple”. Sunset time is around 5:30 to 6:30pm, but there are many photo spots around, so we got there early. It was fun to look around cafes and souvenir shops!
Taking photos from little bit far away from the temple. we took it from many different angles.
It was such a nice weather, so the gorgeous sunset came! You will take photos from a restaurant on the hill in “Photo Lesson Tour”.
The most beautiful sunset in Bali for the day!!!! The ocean and the sky changed from pink, purple to black after the sunset finished. I couldn’t help say a word ! Tanah Lot and JatiLuwih are my favorite in the tour!

Many tourists were enjoying the sunset and taking photos from the restaurant. We went back to the office at night.
A photo with Mr. Hashimoto who is very friendly and made the tour enjoyable! It became a special experience for me to see the pro photographer’s work! Thank you very much!

Even though taking photos is my hobby, I didn’t have any knowledge of my camera, Canon EOS 50D. Mr. Hashimoto gave me clear explanations and suggestions such as “It is better to set WB (White Balance) 6500 in this atmosphere.” and “Take a photo from a straight angle.” Now, I can use different modes of P/Av/Tv!
I could also experienced being a model in “Great Memory Photo Tour”. It was a nice feeling to be taken many photos following Mr. Hashimoto’s suggesttion. “Go over there and walk slowly towards here, hold the hem of the skirts on your right hand and the bag on your left hand.” Even if you get nervour to be a model like me, you will be amazed of the photos by the pro! I would like to recomend this tour to honeymooners, couples and of course a single traveler! With an additional fee, they can make a original photo album which will be a memory for your life time!

A photo can bring back everything at that time such as air, temparture, feeling and memory at that time even hundreds years have passed. You can take the one by yourself, or bein the one.
